new thread (this thread means topic) now input the topic of the thread (i.e let say the title is WHO
STOLE THE MEAT) then input the title as who stole the meat then select okay that click on you
message then put the contents and if you want to attach anything e.g pdf ,file, images,document
,music,vedio just select attachment and upload it and select the submit thread to submit it
